The public is invited to learn how to transplant, split, prune, arrange and properly care for orchid plants.
“Creating your own orchid arrangement is more meaningful than store-bought flowers, and our May 9 workshop is just in time for Mother’s Day,” says Geobunga owner Andrew Dedrick. “And if you have a ‘black thumb,’ we promise to turn it green.”
Featured orchids include the Cattleya and Dendrobium varieties, which are great for people who are just starting out, as well as seasoned orchid growers. Various orchids will be available for sale at affordable prices following each workshop.
